The program rewards referrals that become real, retained customers. The referred company receives priority intake instead of an automatic free plan, so sales can qualify the account and apply any invite or coupon intentionally.

Your referral link routes companies into priority referral intake and preserves attribution through the demo flow.

Customer subscribes

Commission is calculated from net paid subscription revenue, excluding tax, discounts, credits, refunds, disputes, and payment fees where available.

Hold clears

Commission stays pending for 120 days and becomes payable only if the referred subscription is active and not refunded or disputed.

What must be true before reward clears.

Public program terms stay intentionally operational: we keep payout paths manual in v1, and every commission remains reviewable before credit or cash is issued.

The referred company must be new to BugBunny and use the referrer's tracked invite path.
No automatic free Starter plan is included. Any discount, invite, or coupon is handled manually by BugBunny.
Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, churn, refunds, chargebacks, or disputed invoices can void commission.
Partner cash payouts require an invoice with the requested amount, invoice date, invoice number, and payment details.
BugBunny may change eligibility, tiers, payout timing, and program access for operational, compliance, or abuse-prevention reasons.
